Nordic policy landscape

The Nordic region includes the sovereign states of Denmark, Finland, Iceland, Norway and Sweden and the autonomous territories of the Faroe Islands, Greenland and Åland. The countries have a long history of political unions, and many communalities in their governance systems, culture and economies. In the handbook we give advice across the different countries, but of course there are also unique qualities and contexts that should be considered.
